T-Shirt Manufacturer for Custom, Private Label and Heavyweight Tees
Fashion Soul International is a t shirt manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan that takes custom tees from fabric to finished, packed garment for brands, startups and retailers in the USA, UK, Europe and beyond. We cut and sew crew necks, oversized, longline and heavyweight shirts from 120 to 280 GSM, then print, label and pack them as your product.
A tee is the simplest garment in a range and the easiest one to get wrong. Neck rib that waves, side seams that twist after washing, prints that crack. We specify each of those before sampling.

A T-Shirt Manufacturing Company for Every Stage of a Brand
We make T-shirts for startups testing their first designs, growing brands that need consistent repeats, and teams, retailers and merch buyers ordering volume in a single style.
The service model changes with the stage. A startup often begins with private label tees from a proven base block. A growing label moves to cut and sew for a signature fit. An established brand with finished tech packs uses us as an OEM t shirt manufacturer and expects the spec executed exactly.

Private label t-shirts
Pick a base style, then change fabric, GSM, colour and fit, and add your labels and packaging. The quickest route to a branded tee.
Cut and sew tees
Built from your own patterns: collar rib weight, shoulder seam position, hem stitch and sleeve length all set by your brief.
OEM production
You supply the complete tech pack; we produce it accurately and consistently at volume.
T-Shirt Styles We Manufacture
Our lines sew crew neck, V-neck, oversized, longline and heavyweight T-shirts, plus performance tees in technical knits. If your silhouette is not listed, send a reference.
| Style | Construction | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Crew neck | Rib collar, set-in sleeve, standard or fashion hem | Basics, retail collections |
| V-neck | Taped V, men’s, women’s or unisex blocks | Fashion labels, layering |
| Oversized | Drop shoulder, boxy body, longer hem | Streetwear and lifestyle brands |
| Longline | Extended body, curved or straight hem | Streetwear, layering |
| Heavyweight | 220–280 GSM jersey, structured drape | Premium DTC and heavyweight t shirt wholesale |
| Performance | Moisture-wicking polyester or stretch knits | Gyms, teams, running brands |
T-Shirt Fabric and GSM Guide
Choose 150–180 GSM for everyday and promotional tees, 180–220 GSM for a solid retail basic, and 220–280 GSM for heavyweight streetwear. We send physical swatches for approval before any fabric is cut.
| Weight | Feel | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 120–150 GSM | Very light, can be sheer in pale colours | Summer basics, promotional tees |
| 150–180 GSM | Light and soft | Event merch, everyday tees, layering |
| 180–220 GSM | Medium, holds shape | Retail basics, uniforms, brand tees |
| 220–280 GSM | Heavy, structured drape | Oversized and heavyweight streetwear tees |
Fabric bases: single jersey, combed ring-spun cotton, heavyweight cotton and organic cotton, plus moisture-wicking polyester for performance tees. Finishes include garment dye, acid wash, enzyme wash and tie dye. See fabric sourcing.
Printing, Embroidery and Labels for Custom Tees
The right decoration depends on the artwork, the fabric and the quantity. We advise on the method before sampling, and prints or embroidery on tees need no minimum of their own.
| Method | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Screen print | Bold artwork in solid colours, volume runs | Each colour is a separate screen |
| DTG | Photographic prints and gradients | Works best on 100% cotton |
| Heat transfer | Multi-colour logos on small runs | Higher cost per unit |
| Sublimation | All-over, full-colour designs | Needs polyester or poly-blend fabric |
| Embroidery | Chest logos and badges | Digitising cost upfront |
| Puff, discharge, foil | Texture and premium effects | Test on a sample first |
Branding set: printed or woven neck labels, care and size labels, hang tags and retail packaging. More on printing methods, embroidery and hang tags.
T-Shirt Manufacturing in 6 Steps
A tee order moves from brief to shipment in six steps, and your signature on a physical sample tee is what releases bulk cutting.
1. Brief and quote
Style reference, fabric, GSM, quantity and deadline. We come back with questions and a quote.
2. Tech pack
No tech pack? Our team builds one from your sketch or reference tee at no extra charge.
3. Sample
With the jersey swatch approved, your sample tee is sewn within 7–14 days of tech pack approval.
4. Approval
You confirm fit, fabric and print in writing; the signed sample becomes the standard.
5. Bulk
Typically 20–35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, with inline QC.
6. Shipping
Tees are AQL inspected, folded into bags and boxed for sea or air freight under DDP or FOB.
Read the detail on our manufacturing process page.

How We Keep Bulk Tees Identical
A 500-piece order should look the same from the first tee to the last. Inline checks during sewing and an AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection against your signed sample are how we hold that standard.
- Measurements against your spec sheet at intervals during production
- Stitch quality and finishing on neck, shoulders and hems
- Print position and colour matched to the signed tee
- Neck and care label attachment
- A photo log of the final tee inspection
T-Shirt MOQ, Pricing and Lead Times
T-shirt orders start at 100 pieces per style. Sampling takes 7–14 days after tech pack approval and bulk typically 20–35 days after sample approval, so first enquiry to shipped goods is usually 35–55 days.
| Item | T-shirt orders |
|---|---|
| MOQ | 100 pcs per style |
| Colour and size split | Confirmed at quote stage |
| Sample | 7–14 days after tech pack approval |
| Sample fee | Quoted with your order |
| Bulk | 20–35 days after sample approval |
| Inquiry to shipped | Usually 35–55 days |
| Tech pack help | Included, no extra charge |
| Delivery | Sea or air freight on DDP or FOB |
What decides your cost per tee
- GSM and yarn. 260 GSM combed cotton costs more than 160 GSM standard jersey.
- Fit. Oversized and longline blocks use more fabric.
- Colour. Pantone-matched dyeing needs a minimum fabric quantity per colour.
- Print. Number of screen colours, print size and placements.
- Finishing. Garment dye, acid wash or enzyme wash add a process.
- Branding. Printed neck labels, woven labels, hang tags and bags.
- Order size. The more tees you order per style, the less each one costs.

Guide: How to Choose T Shirt Manufacturers
There are thousands of t shirt manufacturing companies, and many are print shops that buy blanks rather than garment makers. Knowing the difference saves you from paying for a label swap when you wanted your own product.
Print shop, blank supplier or garment manufacturer?
A print shop decorates blanks it buys in. A blank supplier sells undecorated tees from stock. A t shirt garment manufacturer cuts and sews the shirt itself, which is the only way to control fabric, fit and neck construction.
Red flags when comparing tee shirt manufacturers
- No physical sample before bulk payment
- A headline MOQ with hidden per-colour or per-size minimums
- No named inspection standard
- Quotes that do not state GSM or fabric composition
- Communication only through a sales agent, never the production team
Where the money goes in t shirt manufacturing
Fabric weight and quality are the biggest cost lines, followed by sewing, decoration and branding. A heavyweight boxy tee can use noticeably more fabric than a regular-fit basic, so line quotes up against the same tee spec before choosing.
Working with an overseas factory as a US brand
Brands searching for custom shirt manufacturers in the USA often find the goods are imported anyway. Working directly with our Sialkot factory cuts out the middle layer. Our tee team is on UTC+5, so build a one-day reply loop into your plan and record each change in the tech pack.
Shipping tees to the USA, UK and EU
Flat-packed tees make even modest orders economical by sea, while samples and urgent drops go by air. With DDP the tees are delivered with duty covered; with FOB our part ends at the Pakistani port. Your tee shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin.
