3. Submission Guidelines

✅ Content Requirements:

• Length: Minimum 800 words; ideally 1,000–1,500 words

• Format: Google Docs, Microsoft Word (.docx), or plain text

• Language: English (Grammatically correct, professionally written)

• Tone: Inspirational, educational, and industry-relevant

• Structure: Use headings, subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs

• Visuals: Include high-resolution images or charts where relevant (with copyright permissions)

❌ We Do Not Accept:

• Plagiarized or AI-spun content

• Content previously published elsewhere

• Content containing offensive, false, or misleading claims

• Posts promoting casinos, gambling, CBD, adult content, or any prohibited industries

• Link insertions into existing published articles

4. Backlink Policy

• Guest posts include one do-follow backlink to the contributor’s website or a relevant, pre-approved page.

• The link must be contextual, relevant, and directed to a high-quality landing page.

• We do not mark links as nofollow, sponsored, or noopener unless required by search engine guidelines.

5. Review and Approval Process

Once content is submitted:

1. Editorial Review – Our team will assess your content for grammar, relevance, originality, SEO optimization, and adherence to policy.

2. Approval Notification – You will be notified within 1–2 business days whether your article is approved, rejected, or needs revision.

3. Publication – Approved posts will be published on our platform with proper formatting and SEO tags.

Note: We reserve the right to make minor edits (grammar, clarity, keyword optimization) without notifying the author.

6. Pricing and Payments

Our editorial fee for guest posts:

• Standard Guest Post with 1 Do-Follow Link: $20 USD

• Turnaround Time: 1–2 business days

We accept payments via:

All payments must be made in full before access to the Guest Post Submission Portal is granted.

7. Publication Rights

• By submitting content to Fashion Soul International, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide rights to publish and promote the material.

• You retain ownership of your content but agree that it may remain permanently on our website unless a valid removal request is submitted and approved.

• We reserve the right to remove, edit, or modify any content that violates our policies or becomes outdated or irrelevant.

8. Removal & Update Requests

To maintain transparency and up-to-date information:

• Contributors may request updates to their published content by emailing our editorial team.

• Link or article removal requests must include a valid reason and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. White Label Publishing

All guest posts and links will appear as editorial content. We do not label such content as “Sponsored”, “Paid”, “Guest Post”, or apply any SEO-restrictive tags like nofollow or noopener, unless required for compliance or requested explicitly by the contributor.

10. Legal and Compliance

Fashion Soul International reserves the right to:

• Decline or remove any content at its discretion

• Take action against any contributor found violating plagiarism laws, copyright infringement, or unethical promotional practices

• Report or restrict users abusing the system for spam, link schemes, or black-hat SEO practices
